Zoe qualified as a solicitor in 2004, having studied Law and Business at the University of Humberside, and the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law.
Zoe undertook her training contract at a central London law firm where she began to specialise in family law, attending regularly at the Principal Registry of the Family Division and the Royal Courts of Justice.
When Zoe returned to her hometown of Hull she continued her specialism in family law working at another local firm for a number of years before joining Lockings solicitors in 2020. Zoe is a member of the Law Society Children’s Panel and regularly represents parents and children in complex public law cases including those with international and jurisdictional element. Zoe is excellent advocate and provides a high quality of client care.
In addition to public law work Zoe has an interest in cases of Child Abduction and has had success in assisting in recovering children from Ireland, Egypt and Afghanistan.
