Like many law firms, we started out operating as a traditional solicitors’ partnership. While this trusty and well-respected model worked in the past, by listening to our customers and putting them first, we realised it worked more for the law firm’s convenience than anyone else’s.
We wanted to do more for our local community, our clients and our teams, as they had already invested so much in us.
It was time for a change.
So we switched to a contemporary, client-first approach and never looked back.
Slowly but surely, we changed how we did things to add more value to our work. We stopped using complicated legal phrases and started explaining things in plain English. We introduced fair and transparent fees and designed worry-free guarantees. We are committed to keeping our customers in the loop, no matter how long or short the legal process is for them (which can rarely be predicted accurately in advance).
Where We Are Now
We make time for no-obligation chats and are open to the idea of video calls. We have improved our team benefits package to include both serious support and fun perks. We are now part of many local initiatives, donating to good causes and connecting with our community on a much deeper level.
