Best Solicitors I have been to. They explain very clearly each thing and will go over it all again to ensure you understand.

I think Lockings is the best firm of solicitors that I have used for conveyancing. The other firms that I used in the past were good, but you couldn't really put a cigarette paper between any of them. Lockings, on the other hand, were quick to communicate updates and kept me very well informed every step of the way. Declan and the team at Lockings in Beverley did a really good job. I thoroughly recommend their services.

I used Lockings for my house sale and purchase. I highly recommend these solicitors, from the ease of obtaining the initial quote, through the selling and buying process of two properties, the staff kept me informed and updated .
Once I had sold my property, I then went out and offered on a new property, which required a quick sale , Lockings stepped up and within 5 weeks the property was purchased. Excellent service at every stage and went above and beyond when I needed help ! Thank you.

Despite many problems and stress encountered while preparing the property for sale, everything was resolved and the sale was successfully finalized. Thank you very much.

We contacted Lockings to rewrite our wills. Lucy visited at home and she very professionally completed the task.
We are now in receipt of our new wills and we engaged Lockings to keep the originals in perpetuity.
Very competent.

I was very happy with the service provided. It was a fairly unusual sale and they kept me informed throughout. Couldn't recommend them any more!

Ms Adele Kirk at Locking Solicitors in Beverley was brilliant from start to finish. She was professional, approachable, and kept me informed at every stage, making everything feel much more straightforward and less stressful. Adele took the time to explain things clearly, answered my questions promptly, and made me feel well supported throughout. I’m extremely grateful for her help and would happily recommend Adele and the team.
