QualitySolicitors Lockings are solicitors with existing offices in Hull and Beverley. Committed to the provision of high quality, customer friendly legal services to all of their clients, they are delighted to announce that its Hedon office, temporarily closed during 2009, opened on Monday, November 1.
Housed in a beautiful Georgian setting the St. Augustine’s Gate office represents QualitySolicitors Lockings’ determination, in these rapidly changing times, to provide the residents and companies of Holderness with the very best in legal representation and advice while remaining respectful to the traditions and expectations of the area.
Mindful of Hedon’s character and heritage, together with the fact that the office sits proudly in the heart of Hedon’s conservation area, QualitySolicitors Lockings partner, Richard Swaine, and Customer Development Manager, Lesley Craker met with representatives of the Town Council in order to fully understand the expectations of the town with regard to its presence on St. Augustine’s Gate. They were happy to accept the recommendations provided and to satisfy the councillors that the renewal of their commitment to the town, and to Holderness, goes much further than mere business opportunity and that it signifies the importance of both the choice of location and the health of the practice.
In May this year, Lockings were delighted to announce their membership of QualitySolicitors Lockings, a cooperation of like-minded independent legal firms working together to pool ideas and resources, so driving a national brand forward at a local level. Joining QualitySolicitors Lockings resulted in Lockings focusing their thinking on delivery of their customer promises of no hidden costs, same-day response, direct lawyer contact and “first consultation free.” The next logical step in this process was, therefore, the regeneration and revitalising of the Hedon office and the recommencement of the delivery of the highest possible commitment to the Holderness client base. Refurbishment is now complete and the staff at the Hedon branch cannot wait to welcome their clients, old and new.
QualitySolicitors Lockings fully understands that on those occasions when you may need a lawyer you are likely to feel anxious, stressed or upset. Experienced lawyers will put you at ease and give you the explanations and advice you need, in plain English, so that you have a full understanding of everything concerning your legal matter.
What’s more, QualitySolicitors Lockings will provide you with regular updates on what is happening so that you will always know what is going on.
Partner Richard Swaine said: “At QualitySolicitors Lockings, all our staff are aware of the vital importance of each and every client and are fully trained to advise and allocate to a solicitor, specifically chosen for his or her skills in the discipline you require. “With the reopening of our Hedon base, QualitySolicitors Lockings provides the people of Hedon and Holderness with not only a tried and trusted local legal firm but a nationally branded and accredited consortium of the brightest legal talent.”
