I started working at Lockings in 2013 so I have gained great knowledge and understanding of how the business runs day to day and how to play my part in helping it continuously grow and improve. I’ve also learnt lots about how to find out what our customers and business partners need and help them get it and to make improvements based on their feedback.

This allows me and the rest of the team to provide a high level of customer service and administration to our clients located locally and all around the world tailoring our services to their needs.

We aim to achieve complete client satisfaction and if we fall short we aim to find out what went wrong and how to improve for next time. This is of the upmost importance to Lockings and me personally.
